In 2024, SVP partnered with the former leadership team of GenOn Holdings to launch EverGen Power, a platform focused on managing and optimizing power generation assets across North America. The partnership builds on a longstanding relationship established through GenOn, an SVP-controlled portfolio company, where members of the EverGen leadership team worked closely with SVP for nearly a decade. SVP brings more than two decades of experience investing in the power sector, including approximately $3 billion invested across 33 power-related transactions since 2008. SVP’s global platform, capital markets expertise, and flexible investment capabilities complement EverGen’s operating experience and strengthen the platform’s ability to pursue complex transactions and capitalize on opportunities across the North American power sector.

Flexible capital solutions, including minority investments, control acquisitions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and other customized transaction structures
